Yes. While the SLDP follows a core structure, we can tailor examples, discussions, and even select electives to meet your needs.

Currently, the SLDP is designed for virtual synchronous delivery to maximize access and convenience. In-person options may be available by request.

Yes. We offer a range of assessments and coaching support for organizations looking to deepen the impact. 360s, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode assessment, the MBTI, the Hogan Assessment suite, and the Bar-On EQ-i, 2.0 (for emotional intelligence).
Each assessment is accompanied by a one-hour coaching engagement with a certified coach. -
If a learner misses a session, there are several options we can consider.
1. The sessions are recorded, which means that the learner could access the recording via the Thinkific platform and jump right back into the session.
2. The learner could plan to attend the topic during the next cohort of the SLDP (which might be a few months later).
3. We also have the text and PowerPoint presentations that the learner can reference. Those may be enough.
4. The Community is always up and running and available to the learner to sync with other peers and get caught up. -
Yes. We welcome private cohorts and offer group pricing options.

A small percentage of Mentoring relationships don’t work out as planned. Either the protege doesn’t step up to the plate, or the Mentor gets slammed with other priorities. Regardless the reason, we’ll work with the learner to get back on track, and get another Mentor assigned. We believe in a no-fault approach and simply start over.

Yes, the SLDP is licensable to organizations. There would be a brief train-the-trainer component, but the organization would be able to deliver supervisory content fairly quickly.

This is always the big question. Measuring ROI in leadership development is part art and part science. For individual participants, organizations often rely on feedback from supervisors and teams, along with behavioral observations over time.
